2008
Establishment of Zhi-Hsin Technologies and obtained the distribution rights for engineering probe systems of Japan APOLLOWAVE Corporation. Becoming an authorized distributor in Taiwan.
2013
Reinvested and established SJD Technologies, gradually transformed from an early agency sales to R&D and manufacturing also developed the first set of wafer-level probe station that specially designed for academic research.
2020
Signed an exclusive sales agency agreement with TRANSCEND Technologies in Taiwan, and work towards the goal of automated measurement.
